Chester County United Way’s Live United in Music Event Raised $106,000 for Financial Security Programs

Chester County United Way’s annual Live United in Music event raised an impressive $106,000 to support its financial security programs. The sold-out event, presented by Di & Dallas Krapf and CTDI, captivated attendees with a live performance by the high-energy 80s tribute band Decade80, who “own the 80s.”

The funds raised will directly support United Way’s financial security programs, which provide critical resources for financial literacy, workforce development, and access to essential services. These initiatives are designed to help local residents build long-term economic stability and improve their financial well-being.

“Our Live United in Music event exceeded all expectations, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who made it a success,” said Christopher Saello, President & CEO of Chester County United Way. “We extend a special thank you to Di & Dallas Krapf and CTDI for returning as Co-Presenting Sponsors. Their continued support helps make this event a highlight of the year and ensures our programs have the resources needed to help local families achieve financial stability.” The Lead Sponsors for the event included Penn Oaks Golf Club, CCRES, Legacy Planning Partners, and Rayze, all of whom played a significant role in the event’s success.

Attendees enjoyed an unforgettable evening that featured Decade80’s lively performance, delicious food and beverages, an exciting auction, and a special guest appearance by a Michael Jackson impersonator, adding to the 80s nostalgia.

Chester County United Way extends its heartfelt gratitude to all attendees and sponsors. Their efforts not only created a memorable evening but also ensured that United Way’s financial stability programs will continue to thrive and serve the community.
