Empowering Financial Resilience: Chester County United Way Collaborates with Citadel Credit Union and Open Hearth, Inc. to Provide Remote Financial Services Navigation

Chester County United Way, in partnership with Citadel Credit Union and Open Hearth, Inc., is pleased to introduce a groundbreaking initiative designed to improve access to essential financial services. Building on the success of the pilot program in late 2023, this ongoing initiative will continue throughout 2024, offering remote financial services navigation to clients on the second Saturday of each month at select Citadel Credit Union locations from 10am to 1pm. Upcoming dates include January 13, February 10 and March 9.

Recognizing the fundamental role of financial well-being in a thriving community, Chester County United Way, Citadel Credit Union, and Open Hearth, Inc. share a commitment to empowering individuals with the tools necessary for financial stability. Through this strategic partnership, experts from the Financial Stability Center will provide personalized assistance, focusing on budgeting, savings strategies, and navigating various financial resources.
